Victim: Courts harmed me more than Polanski

Roman Polanski pleaded guilty to having sex with Samantha Geimer, pictured, when she was 13 in 1977 — but fled the U.S.before he was sentenced. As Polanski is detained in Switzerland on a three-decade old arrest warrant, his victim says that a plea bargain intended to spare her pain has caused her more grief than what the Oscar-winning director did to her.
